Maria Alexandra Ordoñez, M.D.is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Urology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She graduated with honors from Harvard University and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After completing her residency at SUNY-Downstate Medical Center, Dr. Ordoñez completed a fellowship in minimally invasive urology and urologic oncology with Drs. Landman, McKiernan, and Benson at Columbia University Medical Center.

Dr. Ordoñez's practice encompasses urologic oncology including bladder, kidney, prostate, and testis cancer. Her practice also includes endourology including stone disease and BPH. Her clinical research interests include bladder cancer including bladder sparing protocols, ablative therapies for renal masses, and prostate cancer treatment and outcomes.
